🚦 How your club earns points

Points are scored on what your club does during the contest window:

• +100 points for every new member who joins your club during the window — recruiting is the biggest lever.
• +10 points per map edit a member makes (counts up to 3 edits per member).
• +25 points per track a member records (counts up to 2 tracks per member).

Per-member activity is capped on purpose, so a big, active club always beats a small one grinding edits. Members come first.

1. Have a club (or start one) on RCMap.
2. Recruit members into it during the window.
3. Get out there — add map spots and record tracks.
4. Watch the live leaderboard climb. Winners are announced here when the window closes.

📋 Official rules & fine print

Sponsor: This giveaway is run by RCMap. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Open to RCMap clubs based in the United States and Canada whose organizing member is 18 or older (or the age of majority in their location); members under 18 may participate through a club managed by an eligible adult. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Where it's open / international winners: Physical RC prizes ship to U.S. and Canadian addresses only. If a winning club is located outside the U.S./Canada, RCMap may, at its sole discretion, offer a cash equivalent via PayPal (or a similar service) where a transfer is reasonably available; if a practical, low-cost transfer isn't available, that club will not qualify for a prize and the prize will pass to the next eligible club.

Eligibility: Points are earned only during the posted contest window. RCMap may disqualify any club or member for fraudulent activity, fake or duplicate accounts, or attempts to game the scoring. A club may win only one of the three prizes; the 1st- and 2nd-place clubs are excluded from the $500 random drawing.

Winners & claiming: 1st and 2nd place are determined by final leaderboard points (ties broken by member count). The $500 Club Party Fund winner is selected at random, weighted by points, from all eligible clubs after the window closes. Winners are notified via the email on their RCMap account and announced on this page, and must respond within 7 days to claim; unclaimed prizes may be forfeited and re-drawn. U.S./Canada prize shipping is covered by RCMap.

Prizes: Prizes are awarded as described, are not transferable, and are not redeemable for cash except as noted above for international winners at RCMap's discretion. RCMap may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an item is unavailable. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.
