This is looks like a fun place to be. However, if you plan on renting an RC for the track... Good luck. Came here twice and got turned away both times. They have very limited RC rentals and it's first come first serve. They're not accommodating either. Both times I've been there I was practically ignored. Not cool! This place needs to be by appointment only if they're always going to be in short supply. Most likely will not visit again.
The shop staffs are always helpful and knowledgeable. Eric, Daniel,Mathew,Anthony and Lus have helped me so many times when I broke my buggy, when I looking for a better setups. One of the best hobby shops in the bay area. And people who race here are also very friendly. I’ve learned a lot from them.
There is a great RC community there.
Great racing as usual. Friendly people. Fun.
Really good, patient service, very fair prices.
Both Adam and Dakota have taken the time to give us great education & advice, really focusing on what we were looking for. I learned a lot and ended up with a car that really matched what I wanted.
Had an issue with a new car and they bent over backwards to keep us running while we waited for a manufacturer replacement to arrive... And the shop took care of the exchange, it was effortless for us.
Their prices are pretty much the same as online. Sometimes cheaper. Worth it for the service.
They have a very bad service , I went with my kids to found for some pieces and the guy doesn't want to help us because he say I don't know what are you talking about...some else come and told him yes we have those things and he just say ho... so I just walked out very frustrated. So I highly recommend this place sheldon's hobby shop very good service and very friendly.
