They where extremely nice when we where spending money, but as soon as we got home and noticed a problem their true colors showed. I bought a default RC and they assured me it was brand new although the box was clearly taped up. There was clearly a problem with it once I opened it but as soon as I brought it in I had to beg for help which they claimed to have fixed and it's still not working. Then was told I can not have a refund. The owner also insulted me in front of the store multiple times saying if I would have boughten all his add on parts I wouldn't have a problem. He said " well it's not like you bought the Rolex of them!" When your told a product has never been used you expect no damage. He lost a customer he could have potentially made plenty from. I have contacted red cat and they will be replacing my product and looking into the way this shop represents their products. Don't give this greedy man your money! There are plenty better places and way cheaper online!
