It was our first visit the beach on the lake looks nice. It was closed for the season. We walked some very nice trails and played some disc golf. It's a free park. We will be back!
Beautiful trails. Would love to come back and enjoy the lake in the warm weather. Definitely needed the map they provided because the trails are not well marked!
A lovely park with diverse terrain and features beautiful lake for fishing stand up paddle boarding or kayaking.
It has extensive mountain biking and hiking trails that elevation all throughout the park.
There are even pavilions around the property for family gatherings.
The shelter my Daughter paid 60$ for was filthy, trash cans running over. They charged her to enter the park after she had paid for rental . The shelter had not been swept, tables were filthy. As older citizens we had to pay the full entrance fee plus extra because we were out of the county. If it hadn't been for disappointing my granddaughter we all would have left. The entrance fee was per person not vehicle. The entrance worker was rude to us all. The restrooms were nasty. Everyone there was disgusted with the place. NEVER AGAIN ⁉️ The bees swarming the trash was horrible....
Tight, dabaliscious twisting single track with rocks, roots, and short, steep climbs made just six total miles on the blue and red trails (mostly), a great workout!
