Ordered about 460 worth of items. Got a partial delivery. Now he's not answering the phone or even email I sent. Still mossong over 130 worth of items. Terrible way to run a business. I have called at least 1 time a day for the last 2.5 weeks. Have also ledt several messages and sent an e-mail.
I have sent you another email. I have not received any communication from you other than this rude response to my review. The items I'm missing are included in the email. Answer your phone or maybe reply directly to the email that is sent to you. Sad that in 3 1/2 weeks, this is the only response from you.

Once again I am being ghosted by him. Almost 6 weeks ago he said that he would send the order. Like I said before. This place is horrific, complete trash!
Placed 2 orders online.Needed to call to modify the order the owner said my order would ship that week,it never did.I ended up getting a refund for my order.The other order was partially refunded (as of the day of this review).
This business has a new owner and I really do hope he manages to get things squared away, a suggestion would be to stop ALL online business till legal issues are resolved.
The plus side is this hobby shop offers great financing options and most small shops do not. The store itself does have a good past reputation for doing good business. I think I just placed my order at the wrong time.
I would be willing to re-order online from this business in the future even after my first experience. That is why I gave this review 4 stars and not 5.
****BEWARE**** **BEWARE** DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE !!!!Ordered $728 from Edward and took 3 weeks!! nothing in stock, and missing 3 itmes on my order, (very poorly packaged) now he won't answer phone !! BEEN CALLING FOR A WEEK,,, Had to file dispute with KLARNA finance and im also calling local authorities about this place. WORST ONLINE PURCHASE IVE EVER MADE $728 DOLLARS !!!!!
The service was great and was very helpful
Edward is very helpful and knows the rc world. He helps getting the right parts and can get them within a few days.
Prices are good and he is local. What else can you ask for?
