The food was better than fast food but not by much. The place was noisy and yet not heavily attended. I remembered and expected better. It seemed they had given up.
Person 1, took our order. Never saw her again.
Person 2 brought our order cold. Said she would rectify it.
Person 3 came to bring us napkins, asked her if our order was rectified yet. Never saw her again.
Person 2 finally brought us another cold order that we waited 40 minutes for. We refused it and asked to be credited back for food we did not get to eat.
Zero apologies. Zero customer service. Zero drink refills. The restaurant was practically empty. I have no idea what the problem was. The salad we received was very good though... so, there's that.
Slow service. Waited a few minutes for a hostess to appear to seat all of us waiting in the lobby. Table was a bit dirty when we were sat. They never brought or offered us water - I had to almost yell at the server going by to get her attention and ask for some.
The kitchen was understaffed and backed up because they didn't realize they're were one of the few restaurants open on July 4th and didn't staff appropriately. The host and server knew this and didn't tell us when we arrived or ordered. Instead we sat there for 40 minutes with no food and no idea why. We were actually getting ready to leave cash for our drinks and walk out when the food finally arrived. We were short on time at that point and didn't get to fully eat before leaving. Very frustrating.
The service we did receive was friendly however, and the food was fine.
Clean and nice environment. The food was fast a good. Service was good and was not to costly.
Our waitress Emily was extremely friendly and above and beyond with checking up on us for anything we needed. She suggested cocktails we might enjoy, and made our time there one of a kind. She very much made this one of our best experiences eating at TGI Friday's and we want to come again! Thank you Emily!
