I love coming here! My children love coming here! We are always hiking or throwing a party or just going for a little fishing trip it's absolutely gorgeous and a great place to get away. When you need a break from the city life. I'm happy that you can get one bar or two bars on your phone in case of emergencies now but I do tell you this I never have to take out my phone nor do my children asked to play on their electronics when we are here.
I absolutely love renting the lodge. For birthday parties. For baby showers. It's the perfect location because it's peaceful and spacious. Indoor kitchen and bathroom, fireplace as well. I recommend it to all my friends ♥️
This is a great place to get out and stretch your legs. There are plenty of foot paths to take that make you think you maybe went to far but you never do. Great scenery bring your boots or walking shoes you are going to want to walk after you park
I love this park. We had many Pagan rituals here because of how well it preserves nature, while accommodating easy access and parking. Also the pavilions are reservable for very reasonable prices. It has great views great trails and great spaces. It is an amazing park.
Beautiful state park. Beautiful view of Nebraska, Iowa and South Dakota. Worth a drive to see if the weather is cooperative.
