Everybody who works at this location are very knowledgeable and are willing/capable of helping you out with every RC need. I, personally have called in many times to ask for parts (which they have a very large selection of) and have even asked for help. Not only are their prices very good, but they have an awesome selection of RC planes, boats, and almost any type of car (short course, monster truck, buggy, etc.). They are truly the greatest RC store around. Oh yeah, and they have a really good, well put-together rock crawling course in the basement.
I rarely leave this place without the exact thing I went in for (usually more). Their selection is amazing and the staff is very knowledgeable. I do wish that they would help with some of the wrenching/repairs once in a while. Regardless, this is my go to shop.
This is the worst store I have ever been in for customer service! Neither of the two employees were interested in recognizing a customer that wants to make a purchase. No wonder this place looks like it getting ready to go out of business, which it should do with the attitude they have. Totally a wasted trip!!
