A GREAT hidden spot to watch the dark night sky. Am hopeful someday we can view the Aurora but this spot would be amazing. Its quiet, tucked away, and mainly untouched. Follow the dirt road forms few miles to a bend and you will see the rock quarry, launch and entrance. Watch out for porcupines at night!
No trail maps, all destroyed by the weather. Download a map on your phone before setting out! No cell service in most areas. But beautiful area!
Great nature trails and one of the most beautiful areas overlooking Lake Huron in Northern Michigan.
Best place I've ever been snorkeling. The water is outstandingly clear.
Such a great place to visit. Has alot if historical back round, but also a fun place to hangout and spend time with family and friends. Also a great place for exploring and biking.
