New to the hobby and the guys were very helpful, patient and friendly. Got me what I needed quickly and they were the only place in town open on Sunday. We will be back!
Plenty of variety, not overrun with Traxxas stuff. They have in house repair and maintenance and a good selection of parts.
My husband went there to get a part for his yeti 1/10 scale RC car the employee there helped my husband get the part it was a universal part and said it should work and the sales guy opened the package to show my husband , my husband took it home and it didn't fit so he took it back and the guy is like we can't take it back the package is open my husband said I didn't open it the employee did , the guy there said well I can only do a store credit , my husband wasn't happy about it but understood, so he has gone there three times to buy stuff to use the gift card and all times it's we are out of this or that , they ordered him one part took three weeks to get it! I went up there today to try to get him some items and guess what out of everything that he wanted and then the sales person tells me my husband's part came in so I pay for that item and asked can I get the difference back in cash due to the previous reason and he said I can't give cash back and I ask well can you call the owner so I can talk to him he said no he is unavailable but you can email him, I don't want to email him I want to talk to him! I understand policies and being a manager myself but come on if one of your customers are not happy make it right
Nice local shop, good place to get RC cars and gear, mostly surface stuff, very good selection, nice staff.
Lacking rc plane stuff, but regulations have limited that part of the hobby.
Great selection of parts and vehicals of all scale! The guy that runs it is supper chill!
