Wow! Been to a few hobby shops lately, will always be coming back to this one! The guys were phenomenal! Everyone was courteous. They didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing absolutely everything and made me feel welcome. Their willingness to share the information they had was bar-none. They didn't try to sell me the most expensive things, infact quiet the opposite, they wanted to make sure what I was buying fit my needs and that I would be happy with my purchase. They went out of their way to help me when they didn't have to.
I bought a pair of boats for my grandkids and the next day the motor came loose on my grandsons boat. Took it into the store, less than 15 minutes later Daniel had it up and running. Purple heart worthy, weapons grade customer service. Love these guys!!!

I have the opportunity to shop online but I choose to go to this shop because of free help! They could just sell me something and send me on my way, but they will give free support in helping you enjoy the hobby as much as possible! For Not so tech people like myself it is a very helpful thing! I like the fact that they take the time with you so you can get the most out of your money rather than just an online shopping cart!
