R/C Country Hobbies opened its doors in September of 1988 in a 2600 square foot building on Power Inn Rd that was 1000 square feet of retail space and 1600 square feet of warehouse. We quickly became Sacramento’s go-to spot for aerial RC, and after 8 years in that location we had run out of space! In July of 1996 we moved to the present location on Folsom Blvd with a square footage of 8000. In 2002 more space became available and the poor cramped Aircraft department moved into the adjoining 4000 square foot space that it occupies today. Our total store footage is 12,000 square feet of displayed radio control hobbies and toys!
