What an awesome store. My Son has been shopping for his first RC car. We’ve visited many of the Valley’s hobby stores and not to say we had bad experiences, but we didn’t experience anything awesome like we did here. They were so patient and helpful and treated him like a gold star customer. We pulled the trigger tonight and I am confident they steered him towards the right car. Thank you guys!!!!
Not sure who gets the amazing service here.. I went in to buy an RC toy and was blown off... Not even a conversation about ordering one or guiding me to another purchase. I wanted a product that was offered by brands they carry. Perhaps they could order one for me? I ordered a 1/5th scale RC in their parking lot from an online retailer. Drove 1 hour to buy local and build a relationship with a well reviewed hobby shop. Total fail.
Great place, the guys here are very knowledgeable with the different brands. I'm definitely going to return, good work guys!!
Always very helpful. Always have what I need and if they don’t they order and have it within a few days.
Best hobby shop in Scottsdale area. Friendly,and knowledgeable. If you go in there tell him to get more losi parts.
