Was first time in a Hobby Shop and it was awesome. Everyone was super nice and helpful, Phillip got me everything I needed and gave me alot of info on the parts I needed for my RC Truck and how to work on them. Definitely will be back for sure.
These folks go out of their way to make sure you have fun and are knowledgeable! I picked up a wrong part, and only realized it about 2 weeks later. They exchanged it for the right one without my receipt. Quality customer service.
Nellie was wonderful! All of the employees are wonderful here and very helpful. Keep up the great work.
Friendly staff. Large variety of hobbies for all ages. They treat customers like old friends. Down to earth people who don't hassle you to buy!
Overall it is a nice store. Not a huge paint selection, but I think it's due to the new area of location. They do have plenty of model train and rc stuff. And their plastic model selection is pretty good. Customer service was a bit helpful, but just not as warm and inviting as when they were on Satellite Blvd. Will go back again sometime in the future.
