My son loves his traxxas thanks to Henderson hobbies
First off one star is a blessing for his shop. Over 2 years I’ve spent over 1500 bucks more like 2000 in his store. Now first of all he is the most grumpy mf I’ve ever seen in my life he needs some Prozac. Now past the mood and why there will be no more dealings with him or his shop. I bought a gen 8 from him and I wanted to upgrade like always. I needed a stronger servo bc the one on it sucks so no problem. It’s a crawler I use it in a creek with water and I crawl banks and rocks like other ppl do with there crawlers. I bought a 60 dollar servo with him knowing what I was gonna do with it. After it’s open I called him bc I had a funny feeling and he said that servo is not waterproof it’s a savox and he proceeds to tell me they don’t make a servo with that amount of tourque that’s waterproof. (Look up savox waterproof servos they make even stronger ones he just didn’t have it in stock) so he sold me a non waterproof servo knowing it was gonna be in water. He is in sales for himself he’s rude and bad torward kids bc they touch his things. I’ll never spend another penny in his store. Rc is a family hobby it’s not for fking scam artists. And one more thing he up sells u on things u do not need people don’t go to this shop. If you need advice look on YouTube and if you need parts there are hundreds of places to buy parts from. There’s no reason to buy from a guy that will sell u things u don’t need and don’t appreciate ur business. I’ve been there many times and he’s never said ty even when I shelled out hundreds at one time.
