I absolultely love this place. I've been doing RC hobbies for most of my life, and I've never dealt with a better RC shop. Hector helped me tremendously today with getting my new Timber 1.2 RC plane's transmitter set up and Jay (Jayson) has helped me a ton of times with my drifting car. Stephenie (the manager) is always wonderful to deal with. I was having a rough week and this place literally made it better. Thank you all!
5 Star all day for this place. Came in to get some paint for modeling, I have 0 experience painting models. Not only did I find all the colors I wanted/needed I even got some recommendations that I went with that ended up being spot on. Will definitely come back here again, in fact I wanted to right now but just missed close time by a little bit.(my fault) Goodbye hobby lobby, hello Hobby Town!
Staff was extremely welcoming and very helpful, providing lots of information towards my purchase. So much so, I didnt mind the up-sell, I actually "wanted" it! Great place to shop for your kids or yourself when venturing into a new hobby. Definitely a 5-star experience!
Large selection of many different hobbies. Only hobby store I've been to that has a good selection of drones and drone parts. There is also a hobby area downstairs with rock crawler, tiny whoop and slot car tracks.
Spoke to Hector on the phone regarding a battery for a specific transmitter (one that is sold there mind you). Was assured they would have something that would work for me. After driving well out of my way to get there during rush hour traffic, Hector was conveniently on lunch and I was informed by another guy that they didnt have anything that would work.
This was a complete wasted trip that was only made because I was assured they had what I needed, costing me time and gas.
The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the gentleman that helped me in the store was friendly enough.
Will stick to ordering all my RC hobby needs online from now on and save myself the headache.
