A great local hobby store that carries mostly various model train scales, radio controlled vehicles, slot cars, plastic model kits, and a few other things in between. The store has an in-house radio controlled repair expert. I would recommend these guys because of their knowledge and reasonably pricing.
If you’re in search for the Boy Scouts of America items (patches, badges, and uniforms) this is the place.
You can find a lot the hobby items online and are always trying to make improvements.
What a fun place! I'm glad we stopped in to take a look. Great for people who have train hobbies. And they have a nice selection for jigsaw puzzle lovers like me!

Great store for almost any hobby. New and used model trains. Also have model planes and drones...they have it all. Great selections of paints and supplies. Friendly staff...easy to get to.
Chicagoland is one of the very best of the remaining full-service hobby stores in.....well, um....Chicagoland. They have it all, trains of all scales, plastic models of all kinds, boats, r/c, diecast, repairs, etc. They're friendly, knowledgeable staff will help you find what you want, or will order it. It's a fun place.
