One of my fave places to camp! You will need a card to pay your camp fees at the machine when you get there.
Beautiful campsite, I have been here numerous times and never disappointed. The water was a it muggy, possibly due to how full the lake was, however we all had a great time. The camp host did an amazing job keeping the restrooms clean (they were there several times during the weekend, stocking and maintaining). We will be back.
Clean bathrooms beach like water front close and easy to access, boat ramp, and water spicket available
This campground is really spectacular! There are a lot of spots where you are directly on the lake. I really wanted to post about the size and types of RVs that are able to come here. I couldn’t find this information anywhere else so I wanted to share it. I personally hauled a 33 ft travel trailer here and it was not bad at all. I also saw a few Class A’s that were close to 40 feet and a lot of class C,s that were 25-35 feet long. Plenty of spaces that are large enough to accommodate large rigs. As long as you are willing to brave the rough drive of 6 miles, it is worth it!
This is some great boondocking and there is NO cell service for all carriers.
