Notes: A nice park that winds it's way up Betsy Bell Mountain. The picnic area at the top is very rocky and fun to crawl on and there is a lot of trail you can run around on.

Not much of a park really.. more like a one way gravel road that you drive up that leads to an overlook and bike path. Still beautiful though.

Very serene area to have a picnic undervthe shade trees.

Really easy access to some surprisingly good hiking trails if you live at Big Sky Apartments, but there is sadly trash and graffiti in places.

Betsy Bell Wilderness Park is an out of the way little park in Staunton. Key word is wilderness. Drive up is typical for the mountains, narrow, dirt and gravel. Be cognizant of vehicles coming the other way. There are 2 vistas that are simply gorgeous, reminding you of the beauty the valley has. Bike trail available at the top as are trash receptacles. A lovely wooded area that begs to be explored.

A Hidden Gem Nestle's in the middle of Staunton where no one can find it. Glad they can't though haha
