This is one of the best places in all of Kentucky. Bernheim Forest feels like a National Park. It is has one of the best nature play areas in the country. The artwork really brings the forest alive. The visitors’ center is immaculate. If you are looking for a place where art deepens the connection between people and nature, this is it!!

Great forest area right off the road to several bourbon distilleries. Plenty of open, peaceful areas of grass, forest, and lake. Lots of fantastic trails to hike and run. A surprising amount of terrain variability and grades. Stunning panoramic views for the area, especially from the tree canopy walk! Loves the art and thoughtful quotes placed around the grounds.

Very nice park. A great place for family walks. Stroller friendly trails and roads throughout the park and water areas. There are great rotations of outdoor art installations. A very creative place for kids to play, a picnic, or just a walk/run. Trails and roads are well maintained and entry to the park is free. DONATIONS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED. $10 is a solid recommendation for a full car or medium size family. On site porta john bathrooms, a gift shop, and a cafe offer all the amenities needed for a day at the park.
