Fantastic facility and staff! So much fun. I'm addicted to racing toy cars and I'm 44! Seriously great hobby for all ages and this place is top notch. Very well maintained and plenty of room for parties and other events. Unique way for parents to do some bonding with their kids away from TV and the internet. Wish there were more places like this!
There closed down.... saddens me with all the positive things I've heard
Had a birthday party for my son there. The staff was extremely nice. We were able to do our own thing and were not disturbed. Was a very memorable experience. A very fun place.
This place is amazing! Staff is incredibly helpful, kind, knowledgeable and non-judgemental (not the case in a lot of other passion pursuit hobby stores). Pro-shop is top notch. They have everything! Best part is you can just pop in and observe for free. My kids always ask if we can stop by when we are in the area. We love the folks at Windy City RC!
Great layouts. --- if you like your off road indoor CARPET tracks.
Nice people. When I first started back up in racing last year I would go there regularly for practice. But recently switched back to focus on dirt. Carpet tracks are easier and more economical to keep up. And we'll be seeing more and more if any other tracks pop up. And thats not a bad thing at all
Helpful staff and patrons.
Not very many parts available in the store though. Its more focused on the 2 tracks than anything. Which doesnt help the hobby. Forces people to buy online and keeps the money out of the local hobby stores pocket.
