7/22/19 our house keeper, Heather, was on point. We asked to have our room made up early and she knocked it out quickly. She left us a couple of cute private notes too, fun stuff.
Cherle, the mgr on duty, took the time our of her busy day to visit with me about hotel operations. She was very professional and helpful.
By Sioux City standards, it's excellent. There are beautiful views of the river, the pool/sauna/workout area is nice enough. The adjoining restaurant, Crave, is outstanding and has outdoor seating with a river view. There are large event spaces, and a large covered outdoor space with bug screen curtains, which are ideal for a wedding, and offer a river view.
Quiet location qurh a view of the Missouri from its restaurant. They have a tasty buffet breakfast for 10$. One star less because they don't provide moisturizer.
Beautiful spot. Great restaurant and Jollys is a must ! But the breakfast was a little small for what you pay.
Nice overall facility. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the room furnishings seemed a bit dated and worn. Food at the Crave restaurant was very good.
