Awesome and knowledgeable staff. Very friendly and willing to help with anything. Their prices are fair and the have a large selection.
Hands down good customer service. Bought a used nitro rc from a pawn shop and they (hobby town)checked it out even used their batteries to get it running. Very happy with my experience.
This has to be the smallest Hobby Town in the nation. That being said, it does try to cover all the bases. Just be prepared not to find any parts other than for Traxxas most popular vehicles on the rc car/truck side. Not sure about airplanes, quads, on the model railroad section. Employee/owner, did at least check to make sure he did'nt have the part for my Arrma branded vehicle.
Nice salesman. Good selection
